The goal of this program is to improve the management of diabetes. After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will better be able to: 1.Recognize the clinical manifestations of neuropathy in patients with diabetes. 2.Educate patients with diabetes about the causes and symptoms of neuropathy. 3.Manage patients with diabetes who have very high glucose levels to prevent treatment-induced neuropathy. 4.Evaluate the feet of patients with diabetes to prevent foot ulcers.
